This legal document is required in order for us to conduct business. It spells out your rights and delineates the exact relationship between you and MEDEX Enterprises, Inc. It is designed to avoid any unrealistic expectations on your part or ours. It also clearly spells out our right to take legal actions against you if you violate any of the sections within the document. All of the materials presented in this course are the sole property of MEDEX Enterprises, Inc. and only you are being temporarily licensed to use them.
ABOUT THE COST
The total cost of the MEDEX Enterprises, Inc. National Board
Examination Preparation and Review Course is two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00). The total cost is divided into two
separate fees, a non-refundable administrative set up fee of
fifty dollars ($50.00) and the course tuition of two hundred
dollars ($200.00), which may be refundable if certain conditions
are met.
ABOUT THE REFUND POLICY
Only the course tuition portion of your payment is refundable.
The administrative set up fee is non-refundable. In order
to qualify for a refund of your tuition or to retake the
course free of charge, all of the following conditions must
be satisfied:
- You must have paid for the course in full as an individual participant.
- No portion of your course payment was made by a PA Program.
- You must have completed at least one hundred (100) expanded SOAP notes and submitted them to us electronically via our system.
- You must have passed at least one hundred (100) different timed quizzes. You must have passed at least three of the timed examinations.
- You must have sat for the NCCPA examination and failed to obtain a passing score.
- You must mail us a copy of your NCCPA notification and supporting documentation as proof of failure.
- You must contact us and request a tuition refund or request to repeat the course again free of charge.
If each of the above listed conditions is satisfied, then you are entitled to receive a course tuition refund. Upon receipt of your notification and supporting documentation, we will verify it, analyze your course files, and within thirty (30) days provide you with a tuition refund check or a tuition credit to repeat the course. |
