MEDEX Enterprises began operation as a sole proprietorship in 1990. The first participant enrolled in the course in 1991. That first year there was only one person participating in the course. In the second year, 1992, there were ten course participants. In 1993 the course was offered in three cities, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington DC. That year sixty-two (62) individuals enrolled in the course resulting in a six fold increase in the number of course participants. Course enrollment more than doubled in 1994 to one hundred forty-one (141) participants and there were two hundred sixty-five (265) participants in 1995. The decision was made in 1996 to cap course enrollment at three hundred (300) participants per year because that was all that could be handled in the former face-to-face format. With incorporation of the company in 2004 and the conversion of the course to an interactive internet format in 2005, our potential is virtually unlimited.
